1---    Maintenance, Examination and Repair
1.1---   After 24 hours’ working, the articulation of the grab should be added some grease. 
1.2---   When the grab is severely rusted, it should be taken derusting and painting again.

2---Daily Examination and Repair
2.1---  Guide rope device’s examination and repair
----Each guide roller runs flexibly, if find block phenomenon, give repair; if the guide roller is abraded severely, give a new change.
2.2---  Cardinal axis’s examination and repair
----Oil gallery of each cardinal axis should be clear; if the oil hole is blocked, it should be dredged, cleaned and greased; if bearing shell and bearing are broken, and the abraded size of the inner hole is 20% larger than the original size, it should be changed.  
2.3---   Bearing shell examination and repair
----It should be changed when the diameter of the abraded bearing shell is 20% less than the original diameter. 
2.4---   Steel wire rope examination and repair
----Steel wire rope should be examined and greased timely. If it reaches the abandoned standard, it should be changed in time.
