   Operation Instruction

1---- The grab should be operated follow Crane Safety Operation Rules

2--- Operation
2.1--- First and Daily Operation  
          Check the Crane Safety Load Weight.
          Check if the equipment of the wedge,rope capple are in line with the technical requirements.If there is rapping, it should be fastened at once.If the shackle is anamorphic,rope capple and nut are damaged and badly worn out, they should be changed.
3--- Operation
3.1--- Operation Instruction
       When the grab work, if there is hindrance for the opening, the grab should be closed and stopped, and then open the grab again to check if the materials are in line with the requirement material of the grab.
4---Disuse
  ----The grab should be wash cleanly and closed when it is disused; each hinged parts should be greased fully if the grab is disused in a long time.  
5---Reuse
----please obey all the instruction items in 5.2
----examine the grab in case of the contingency
