maintenance for container spreader

1---about a new spreader, when have used for 50 and 250 hours, all the parts need to add lubricating oil
2---every 100 hours, fix the resellers drive, inspect all the nut. Reseller bearing on the surface of concave, may have the ability to float, inspect if it agility.
3---every 1500 hours, or when lifting 5000 containers, should check the reseller institution.
  a)-- remove all the four reseller
  b)-- inspect all the spare part with eyes, exchange the parts which with any problem.
  c)--wash all the parts.
  d)--install all the reseller institution.
4---every 3000 hours ,or every lift 10000 containers, inspect are there any crack or limitation on the head of the reseller or screw thread.(can inspect with be paint or magnetism powder)
5---Every 600 hours or every lift 20000 containers, exchange reseller, reseller nut and bump ball block.
6---reseller drive
  ***Every sphericity bearing surface of the reseller, should insure lubricate, after work, should add oil every time.
  ***Connect rod hinge point and cylinder hinge seat should insure lubricate, when after work, should add oil every time.
  ***The location of On-off limit switch should check usually. It is not allowed to appear the phenomenon of loose. After working every time, should inspect it.
  ***After work every time, should inspect are there any damnify,crack on the head of the reseller, are there any loose on the tail of the reseller.
