Construction and use of spreader

1. Welded, I-shaped steel
Welded of spreader all use carbon dioxide protection welding machine for welding. The spreader use full-weld (no bolts) to replace the tradition way of connecting bolts. And inspection the welding point.
2. Floating reseller
Four reseller of the spreader all adopt the way of suspension supporting. Spherical bearing surface action on concave spherical surface, Allowed to swing in a certain range, so it can float. In this way, not only make the spreader support pull when loading container. But also make the reseller insert the bore which on the container more easy. So that the floating reseller also can lifting the container which is a little distortion.
3.spin-lock device
The driving device Make up of spring、crank and connecting rod, include drive cable,board,spin-lock and sling.
4 .Use of spreader
A---before using, all the operation point should full with  lubricate grease
B---after fitting, all the point should active agility. Without stagnant.
C---four rope adjusted with the same length. One reseller linked rope adjusted to a correct position. So that the exchange plate can free rotation.
D---the close lock and open lock are completed by the hook of crane. The principium is that one rope drive exchange plate. Exchange drive crank and connecting rod, crank and connecting rod drive reseller, when the crane rising, spring drive exchange plate turn 90°。Through crank and connecting rod  make the lock pin turn 90°,so that the lock open. And when the crane rising, wire rope drive spring, make the exchange plate turn 90°，exchange plate drive crank and connecting rod ,make the reseller turn 90°，so close the clock. So that can lift the container.
E---only when all of the four reseller in the state of open or close. The hoisting mechanism are allowed to move
F---when operation the spreader,
---When the spreader is under operation, don’t bear the spreader
---When using the spreader. It just limited to the designed using function.
---Don’t stand under the spreader
---After operate of spreader. Inspect if the structure damage, any loose of the every part? If any, deal with it in time.
---Loading capacity can't exceed the max capacity of the spreader
