Maintenance and troubleshooting of manual operation of crane

 1-1. routine attention
 a)--Keep clean, clean off the dust and dirt every time after used
 b)--
The exposed  processing surface should be coated with grease, to prevent rust
 c)--You lubricate all lubricating points according to the lubrication chart 
 d)--lubricate the pulley pin roll and bearing in fixed period.
2. If the crane fequent operated,it should be check regularly
-----Check the fastening situation manual winch bolt every two month;
-----Check the crane jib component every three months , make sure there isn't any serious overload deformation phenomenon, ensure the safety work
3. trouble removal
-----If the crane stop using for a long time, the pulley may do not roll, you should remove the pin roll and change the bearing. If hand winch is in fault, please refer to the winch manual to get help.
