1. Before use of the grab operation, it is important to check whether all components are wearing out. If there is wear and tear, please replace before use.

2. In order to prevent the danger of decoupling of the grab hook from the crane hook during the use of the bucket, the lifting hook needs to have the safety protection device or directly connected to the grab bucket ring with the crane shackle.

3. In the process of the grab operation, remote control users must be open the grab when the grab arrive at the specified location. Can not open the grab feeding process.  lest cause personnel injury and material damage.

4. The grab design is designed for all kinds of bulk cargo, the grab should be use the suitable capacity according to the different material. So as to prevent the danger caused by overload

5. In the process of replacement parts or maintenance of the grab, it is important to make sure the grab bucket is opened, and the relevant personnel must pay attention to safety

6. After using, the grab shall be filled with paint for the bucket body or other areas with paint damage, so as to avoid corrosion on the surface of the bucket and influence the life of the grab bucket

7. Replace the hydraulic oil

It should replaced the hydraulic oil by two years per time. The hydraulic oil standard is anti-wear hydraulic oil.
