B, Technics standard:
Ø  Material of scoop is Q345B, material of all axes is 42CrMo, by tempering and grinding. Material lips is HARDOX400,and the rigidity should be reach HRC50.Other part's Material according to drawing.
Ø  The holes of up beam、pole、low beam and scoops are bored by machine, it can ensure the concentric,detailed allowance error according to drawing request。
Ø All steel will blasting shot before machining.After completion of the production deal with the surface coating, Thickness of coating greater than 110um, Color of top paint is blue。
Ø  The activities of nodes need to consider lubrication, the attention of the design, such as lubricating device should not be bump. Installation of hydraulic cylinders to be used in spherical joints, and lubrication.

E,Technics:
1.Stencil plate unloading is cut with unmerical control.(the merit: 1, slinky & indentation has no stress; 2,the aperture between the welding plates is thin, the welded stress is small and the welding line will not crazing.
2.It is protected by gas when welding, the welded stress is mall and the welding line will not crazing.
3.  The holes of up beam, press rods, low beam and scoops are bored by machine, it can ensure the concentric.

1.All the surface of the steel structure are sand-shot to Sa2.5 grade.
2.Primer coating app. 30μm,top paint app. 80μm.
3.Color of top paint: according to the customer.

G, others
1.When the supplier delivers goods , offer a crab bucket of general drawing, quick-wear parts pictures, part catalogue etc..
2. ---Closing Cycle:
    When the grab is opening, the moving board is connecting with top roof beam, and separate with down roof beam, at the that time, the hydraulic circuit system is opening, and the piston of hydraulic vat was pulled out by moving board. when grab the goods, the hook of the crane go down, the moving board go down along the hydraulic vat with the piston of the cylinder, when the moving board touch the storke switch on the down roof beam, the storke switch stop the the electromagnetism valve to stop the hydraulic oil . the hook of the crane go up with moving board and down roof beam, to make the grab close.
---Opening Cycle:
    Press the radio switch, send the message to the receiver, then the electromagnetism valve open the hydraulic circuit system, the hydraulic vat was extended because of the gravity of goods and down roof beam, the down roof beam was separated from moving board, to make the grab open , and the grab can do the next closing cycle.
    The Electric Controlling System:Siemens wiring from Germany、Omron wiring from Japan、YUDING remote controller from TaiWang、waterproof switch from CLIPSAL.
