G.Break down diagnosis

Breakdown	Reason	Solution way
Grab can not close	Oil cylinder non-return valve or valve group solenoid directional valve occured block.	When close the grab,the solenoid valve must be in the close condition,so,check it ,if the solenoid valve works as normal,check the cylinder's one way valve,make sure they  are not blocked,If the solenoid vavle works normally,please check if the one-way vavle is blocked or not,which need to disintegrate the cylinders and separate the transverse frame & cylinders,pull out the piston rod & piston from the cylinders,then check if the one-way valve is blocked,if there is foreign matters,please clear them away and clean each parts of the cylinders by kerosene,then install it to the cylinder barrels again.Remember: to avoid bringing the dirt into the cylinders when disintegrate and install the cylinders.
	Piston rod down out of sharp and oil cylinder can not draw back.	Replace oil cylinder
	Scoop is out of sharp	Adjust scoop and install again
	Poles is  out of sharp	Adjust poles and check the size of reaming
	Hinge shaft is badly worn	Replace hinge
Grab can't completely close	Whether the oil cylinder completely closed.	Open the grab,move the transversal frame down.make sure the cylinder close completely in position,than hoist the grab and close it.
	There isn't enough oil in  the cylinder	Replenish oil,and move the transversal frame,try to releasing the air from the cylinder
	Cylinder occurs Inside leaking,there is no good pressure performance	Dismantle the cylinder,check the sealing and one way valve.
	The collection of transversal frame   is inclined to stop and can not falling in place, piston rod up out of sharp	Check the collection of transversal frame and cylinder,if there is any loose or deformation,fasten the nut or refit the framing member
Grab can not open	The grab serious deformation	Refit the distorted position.
	Battery lack of electricity	Replace the battery and Charge the battery for standby.
	Remote control break down,oil cylinder in locked state.	Check remote control emitter whether no power and replace battery:the plug of remote system is reliable and have open circuit,should repair or replace if occured the follow problem.
		Check solenoid directional valve whether have power in working state.
		Dismantling the solenoid and checking the flow adjust valve within A mouth blocked, if blocked should clear the flow adjust valve and solenoid.
Grab can not open.	Remote system break down,oil cylinder in locked state.	Pls dismantling the flow adjust valve,check the valve core of directional valve in normal movement which under the flow adjust valve.If the valve core card at the bottom,please use the M6 type screwed bolts insert into the bottom hole at the direction valve cord ,take out the valve cord and replace the whole set of direction valve.and replace the oil hydraulic and absorb oil filter in the tank.
Grab open speed too fast.	Rod cavity flow is too large	Adjust the throttle valve flow
Solenoid in a abnormal working state.	Valve cord card death or valve damage.	Clear valve core or replace solenoid.
	Oil cylinder pipe have leaking problem.	Replace pipe or joint.
Middle beam decline.	Because signal rope stress cause the oil cylinder or oil cylinder piston rod deformation affect by decline force.	Replace oil cylinder

H.Electrical breakdown diagnosis


The wiring scheme of remote control receptor

The wiring scheme of remote control receptor show as above,if the key 1,2 of  emitter are out of order,use the backup key 3.4
trouble service:all mechanical parts are in good condition but the grab can't open and close as normal 
First,check the battery,if it has enough power,check the emitter(press the red shift knob)if the power indicator light,open the battery tank，check all the wire and  plug,clear the open circuit fault.if all are in normal,open the hatch cover on the grab's middle bean .and press the emitter,if the light of batter valve don't work on,move the old batter valve plug and change a new one.otherwise,the light of batter valve goes on, that shows  may be some blocking appears in the battery valve,so clean the battery valve.

Notice:
1)---The grab fall into disuse more than 3months may be charged properly
2)---Don't charged The battery in the sun place,it is better in a Ventilated good environment proceed.
3)---The battery box is banned removed
4)---when the grab disuse for a long time, check the remote control and the remote control system whether in normal condition
